Emily and Justin

Let me tell you a little bit about my friend Emily.

I creeped this shot, well I creeped a lot of pictures of her on her wedding day.
The beautiful girl above was my childhood BEST friend. She was the first friend I had a sleepover with (I still remember it was in a tent in her basement, we were oh so excited). She was the first friend I caused ruckus with (we flooded her sandbox, okay it was mainly her but I didn't stop her). She was the first friend I told secrets to. She was the first friend I had a "club" with (we were cool). And really she was just my first best friend, we told each other EVERYTHING, and I have had more sleepovers with this girl than anyone else. Even though as we grew up and gradually went separate ways, everything is still the same when we get together.
Okay enough with the introductions, the point is this girl got MARRIED a little over two weeks ago, and Alyssa and I had the opportunity to go down to her wedding in St. George. It was fun to be able to take a road trip down there with Alyssa, and see my childhood best friend marry the boy of her dreams. We've talked about the day when we'd get married for oh so many years, and I can't believe that day has come for her. I am so happy for Emily and Justin, she really couldn't have married a better guy for her. They're so happy and in love, and I couldn't be happier for them. Congrats guys!

William

That's my dad. He's the best you know. Really, you can always count on a good laugh from his comments. He cares and wants the best for his children. He's always worked so hard for my family to give us the best life possible. I don't think their is anyone more hard working and dedicated to the gospel than MY dad. Love you Dad!

I'm DONE!!

...With school. At least for the summer. The last two days have been hectic. I missed a final, so lets not talk about that. I feel like an idiot. Oh well, at least on the bright side I was doing this a little over a month ago:

Best. Decision. Ever.

p.s. I just finished swimming in the Mediterranean hot springs when the photo was taken, so that's why I look like that. Okay I guess I look like that a lot. But still.

Almost Summer

I haven't blogged lately mainly because I like to blog about events that occur in my life in the respected order they happen. My really good friend Emily was married a little over a week ago and I have yet to blog about it, mostly because my parents abandoned me this week and took the camera with them. It had all the pictures of her wedding day on it. So don't you fret blogging world I will blog about it, and post pictures. Until then my blogging might be out of order. Anyway here are some random thoughts in my head as of late:
  • I slept through my final this morning. Here's to begging for mercy.
  • What if I don't get a B in my history class? Would it be embarrassing to take it a 3rd time? I might just change my major.
  • Western Wats, or should I say Opinionology, is just as bad the 2nd time around.
  • It's Summer time and I spent half the day yesterday cooped up in the library studying, when I should have been swimming.
  • Thursday night cannot come soon enough.
  • Strawberry days. I love strawberries and cream.

Karli's Graduation

My best friend Karli graduated from high school on Thursday!! I'm so happy that we'll be going to school together again. Seriously, I don't know what I'd do without her.  For  a while, like sophmore year, she was the only friend I had, and continues to be my bff. I'm so excited for her, and I know she can't wait to start this new phase of life. Trust me Karli when I say you are about to fall in love....with BYU. GOOOO COUGARS!! (okay really I'm not that school spirited) But cougars are definitely better than t-wolves. Any way I could not ask for a funnier, smarter, more beautiful best friend. I just love her. Congrats Kar!
So I didn't bring my camera to her graduation, and as a result had to resort to stealing mama Ferrin's fb pic of them. I was taking the photo...I promise I was there. She's the one in the green.
